IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON POSTAL ORDERS

 

RESTRICTIONS/SUSPENSIONS ON INTERNATIONAL POST:

Due to international flight and local post suspensions below is the current list of countries that mail CAN be despatched to. If your country is not listed then unfortunately there is no postal service currently available. This list will be updated regularly with any changes:

 

Albania - No size restrictions. Expect delays

Australia - 10kg limit on parcels. Expect delays

Austria - No size restrictions. Expect delays

Bahrain - No size restrictions. Expect delays

Belarus - No size restrictions. Expect delays

Belgium - No size restrictions. Internal delays

Bulgaria - No size restrictions. Internal delays

Canada - No size restrictions however Canada Post has been affected in the same way as all logistics operations have, with reduced staffing and social distancing requirements impacting upon efficiency and processing times.

Canada Post are experiencing extremely high volumes of mail and significant delays are to be expected. There are large backlogs at the Toronto gateway, where record levels of import traffic are creating significant delays. Canada Post are recruiting additional staff and working overtime to reduce the incoming volumes and accumulated backlog.

Since the week starting May 11th, already congested gateway operations have been further compounded by searches for Fentanyl (an opioid drug) required by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), responsible for customs clearance. CBSA has also experienced significant Coronavirus related staff absenteeism which has added to delays, but they are now bringing in additional resources.

These factors, along with the impact of social distancing being experienced by all logistics companies, means customers may experience items being delivered out of sequence, so not all traffic is being processed and delivered in date order.

France - Internal delays on all mail. The French Post Office have limited the size of items to the following dimensions; 32cm x 24cm x 24cm. Social Distancing is in effect and thus they cannot guarantee the delivery of larger items until these measures have been lifted.
