If you have an order to collect at the INEC in Killarney during the Worlds, please note the following:

* Store opening times at the INEC are at the bottom on this page.

* To collect your order you will need your 4 digit order number. We will not be able to identify orders by name at the collection point and there will be a delay getting your order if you don't have your order number.

Your order number is the 4 digit number preceded by WORLDS on the email sent to you when your order was placed. These emails are sent automatically when checkout is complete. If you can't see the email with your order number in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't locate it, do a search for KB Leisurewear using your email search field.

* Please have your order number ready and to hand when you come to the order collection point.

* Please check your order (size, colour etc) on collection and before you leave the collection point. If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, they are responsible for checking your order on collection. Mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.

* An adult must accompany anyone under 16 when collecting an order.

 * Exchanges are subject to availability on the day.

* The Hoodies (with no names back print) that were available to pre-order online cannot be exchanged in Killarney for the Hoodies with the solo dancers names back print.
